合成路线:The lithium phenoxide obtained from propofol (I) and butyllithium is condensed with phosphoryl chloride to produce,after aqueous work up,the phosphate ester (II).Subsequent neutralization of an ethanolic solution of (II) with 1 M NaOH gives rise to the corresponding disodium salt.
