合成路线:Diazotization of toyocamycin (I) in aqueous HOAc furnished the pyrrolopyrimidinone (II).Subsequent addition of hydroxylamine to the cyano group of (II) gave rise to the amidoxime (III),which was then reduced to the target amidine upon treatment with Raney-nickel.
