合成路线:The condensation of 1,5-diaminopentane (II) with 4-chloroquinoline (I) produced the bis-quinoline derivative (III).This was then cyclized with 1,5-diiodopentane (IV),and the resulting macrocyclic compound was purified by preparative HPLC in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid to furnish the title bis trifluoroacetate salt.
