合成路线:The title amide was prepared by coupling of 2,3-dihydrobenzodioxin-6-carboxylic acid (I) with piperidine (II).Carbonyldiimidazole or some chlorinating reagents,such as thionyl chloride or oxalyl chloride,were used as the carboxylate-activating reagents for the coupling reaction.Alternatively,acid (I) was previously converted to an activated mixed anhydride with either pivaloyl chloride or trifluoroacetic anhydride in the presence of triethylamine.
