合成路线:The reaction of 3,5-dihydroxyacetophenone (I) with N,N-dimethylcarbamoyl chloride (II) in hot pyridine gives 3,5-bis(N,N-dimethylcarbamoyloxy) acetophenone (III),which is brominated with Br2 in dioxane yielding 3,5-bis(N,N-dimethylcarbamoyloxy)phenacyl bromide (IV).The condensation of (IV) with N benzyl-tert butylamine (V) in refluxing acetone affords the corresponding w-amino derivative (VI),which is finally hydrogenated with H2 over Pd/C in ethanol.
