合成路线:By reaction of 6-methylergoline-8beta-methanol p-toluenesulfonate (I) with ethyl cyanoacetate (II),potassium tert-butylate and potassium iodide to give ethyl alpha-cyano-6-methylergoline-8beta-propionate (III) which is treated with ammonia.A slightly modified synthesis has also been described.
