Derivative Type: Trihydrate
Properties: Colorless to slightly yellow, viscous mass. Very sol in water. Alkaline to phenolphthalein. Usually marketed as a 50-75% aq soln of more or less syrupy consistency and colorless to pale yellow.
Therap-Cat: Tonic.
