Infigratinib CAS# 872511-34-7 FGFR抑制剂(NVP-BGJ398)
Infigratinib is a selective, oral small-molecule inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR) 1–3, designed to block aberrant FGFR signaling implicated in tumor growth and survival. In vitro, it potently inhibits FGFR-driven cell proliferation and downstream MAPK/ERK and PI3K/AKT signaling in cancer cell lines harboring FGFR alterations. In vivo, infigratinib demonstrates robust antitumor activity in xenograft models of FGFR-dysregulated cancers, producing dose-dependent tumor regression and pathway inhibition.
