Sunvozertinib (DZD9008) is an oral, irreversible, and selective EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) developed to target EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations, which are resistant to first- and second-generation EGFR inhibitors. In preclinical studies, Sunvozertinib demonstrated potent inhibition of cell proliferation in EGFR exon 20 insertion mutant cell lines with IC₅₀ values in the low nanomolar range (e.g., 4–8 nM).
